I enjoyed my stay in the Superior King Room, featuring a comfortable bed and a newly updated bathroom. the stairs were narrow and steep, which could be challenging for some guests. it's a charming place for a short stay, especially if you value comfort.

Great bar staff worked hard, but no pets allowed was disappointing.

Cozy nights in the Superior King Room with a comfy bed and well-furnished surroundings. The location’s charm comes from the historic architecture, which adds character but means narrow, steep stairs that might not suit everyone.
The parking situation is a bit of a hassle, as it’s street-side and not guaranteed. Plus, the additional £15 for a car park about a 5-minute walk away can sting a little. The room temperature felt stifling despite the supplied fan, and the window opened onto a rooftop rather than providing a view. Best to keep this place off the list for kids or those who find steep stairs a struggle, given the hotel's antiquity.

Couple seeking comfort
The bar staff were amazing they handled everything flawlessly even when it was packed I never saw them lose their cool a real lesson in efficiency and service and after that long day the bed in the King Room felt like a cloud it was the kind of comfort that washed away all the stress of the day.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive but I suppose you get what you pay for.

We had a lovely time, especially enjoying the cozy ambiance of our King Room and the complimentary breakfast that hit the spot every morning. There were nice relaxation spots, like the terrace to unwind and the small garden for a peaceful read. The only downside was the noise from the street outside, which kept us up a bit, but honestly, it didn't ruin our stay! 🌟

Had an awesome time with my friends! We explored the stunning local harbor and took a day trip to a beautiful beach. The location was perfect, right in the center, making everything accessible. The newly updated bathroom was a nice surprise, and the food we had was delicious.
The only downside was the narrow stairs, which made it a bit tricky bringing our bags up. it’s understandable given the age of the place.
